What does it do?
Heliocare Advanced offers UV protection from the inside out by revving up your skin's natural ability to protect itself from the sun. It harnesses its protective powers from the active ingredient, Fernblock® PLE (Polypodium Leucotomos Extract). This is a natural ingredient derived from a specific tropical fern. Real scientific studies have shown that the ingestion of Polypodium Leucotomos Extract significantly reduces the occurrence of sunburn and DNA mutations in the skin.
This Advanced formulation also includes nicotinamide (vitamin B3) which studies suggest may help to prevent and slow down the skins production of skin cancer as well as inflammatory conditions.
Heliocare Advanced should be used in addition to quality sunscreens for optimum protection. Heliocare can be taken daily to reduce free radical damage or whenever you feel like sunscreen is not enough.
For whom is it?
This is for anyone in need of sun protection. Especially useful for individuals who struggle with actinic keratosis issues. The safety of Heliocare has not been established for women who are pregnant or nursing, therefore we advise that it not be taken during pregnancy, nursing, or while trying to become pregnant.
How do I use it?
Take two capsules daily or 30 minutes prior to sun exposure. During extended periods in the sun, a second 2 capsule dose may be taken later in the day.
