This mild peel brightens, tones, and stimulates collagen production in the skin. Our personal favorite, this revolutionary combination of salicylic, lactic, and citric acid exfoliates dead skin cells and stimulates cellular turnover to reduce fine lines and improve skin tone and texture. The treatment soothes, repairs, and restores the skin to induce cellular renewal, reduce collagen degradation, restore elasticity, protect against photoaging, and preserve the skin. It may also reduce pore size and treat brown spots. 

This treatment has no downtime, and you can resume normal activities immediately. We recommend a series of 4 spaced one week apart followed by monthly treatments for maintenance.

This anti-aging, moderate-depth peel contains a blend of salicylic, lactic, and trichloroacetic acid (TCA) in combination with retinol cream, all of which cause sloughing of the damaged layers of the skin. It penetrates the epidermis and upper dermis to promote the turnover of cells and stimulate the production of collagen, while restoring moisture balance.*

* Acute healing that lasts for approximately one week involves redness for two to three days and peeling for three to five days. You should avoid heavy exercise, excessive sweating, and sun exposure for one to two weeks following the ZO 3-Step Peel.

How should I prepare my skin prior to a chemical peel treatment?

Preconditioning the skin helps enhance results by maximizing skin penetration and promoting the renewal process. For most peels, there is no need to pretreat the skin, however a medical-grade skincare program enhances the results and maximizes the outcome.  

When will my skin start to peel and for how long?

Our peels, administered by a licensed skin care professional, come in varying strengths. Some treatments require minimal downtime, so you can resume regular activities right away. Stronger, more corrective treatments, may require a longer recovery time, from one week up to 21 days.
